When Heinz Poll and Tom Skelton decided to create the Chamber Ballet in Akron, Ohio, later to morph through the Ohio Chamber Ballet into the Ohio Ballet, they invited me to be part of it. As a consequence I shot all the ballets for a 25-year period until my retirement.

 20,000 negatives with corresponding proof sheets and hundreds of prints and memorabilia now reside in the ‘Ott Gangl Special Collection’ in the new Akron/Summit County Main Library.
